If you have Microsoft 365 for Business Subscription, I would like to make sure you activate Outlook app with your Account.

Enable Preview pane

  3. Click the Reading pane or Preview pane option.
  4. Select the Right or Bottom option, depending on where you want the Preview pane displayed.
